A worker patiently cleans food grains, inside a flour mill in the south Mumbai neighbourhood of Banganga. Many Indian families, even in urban areas, purchase food grains from local shops and then send them to the local neighbourhood mill. In the mill, workers clean the grains and grind them into flour. This is one of the many traditional occupations of Indian society that may soon be wiped out due to globalisation and changing habits.
